Schools can make fixed monthly payments and still have the ability to return and refresh all of the equipment at the end of the lease.
Benefits of Ownership
Schools retain ownership at the end of the lease with no further obligation to make additional monthly payments or pay high buy out prices for the equipment.
Curtails Unforeseen Costs
As equipment ownership is transferred to the school, there is no concern about late returns due to parts delays, late notifications, late payments, etc. There are no additional charges for lost, stolen, or heavily damaged units.
Hybrid Lease Process
Step 1
School pays a fixed monthly payment over the lease term.
Step 2
School then owns the equipment at Lease End but returns the equipment to CLASS for remarketing.
Step 3
CLASS re-markets the equipment for top dollar utilizing its vast network of buyers. Lessee receives 88% of the proceeds and CLASS receives 12%.
